Jojoen Review Summary

Jojoen was absolutely amazing!
I love Korean BBQ and Jojoen took it to another level for real!! Wow…!🤯
Meats were melting in my mouth and all the side dishes were tasty as well.

*Tips for English speakers: make sure to point the menu of what you want every time that not all servers speak English. We got wrong dishes a couple times because of miscommunication.
Luckily we knew what we ordered so we were able to send it back and get it right at the spot😌🙏🏻

Private room was so nice and they give you a clothes cover so your coat don’t smell like BBQ 😂 How thoughtful!

A jazz pianist was playing live jazz at the moment on a grand piano and that was an interesting experience with K-BBQ and I loved it!! We’re going to miss you a lot Jojoen!🫶🏼

Came by for dinner after our Mount Fuji tour and was happy with the quality of food there, though it’s really pricey..

💰 at 18,600 yen for 4 pax, we were barely full from dinner and could have opted for another full set, definitely not a place to go get your stomach filled at a low cost!

🥩 the deluxe beef fillet was great, father was a happy diner after - the pork neck was good too, quite like it for how tender it is

🥗 salad was good! One of those things that’s affordable and good tasting.

The seafood pancake was okay, though I would love a crispier and more flavourful variant.

Yakiniku (Karubi, Beef Chuck, Sirloin, Beef Outside skirt, Beef Tongue), Seafood Pancake, Kimchi, Matcha Ice cream. Always wonder why yakinku places also offer kimchi in Singapore, now that I have a couple of yakiniku here in Japan, I say it’s quite consistent too in Japan. Perhaps the sides offered by Koreans are what goes well with the well marbled grilled beef.

High end yakiniku Japanese bbq. Amazing quality meat and side dishes. 4000yen set. Would recommend for a nice meal.

The shrimp, crab, and the marinated beef = Very tasty!!!!! However, it’s a bit expensive.
