Delicious food and wonderful staff. There is no English menu and the staff do not speak English so Google translate will be your friend.

We visited the soba restaurant "Jugemu" in Kawagoe City.

Join the store as soon as it opens! The store is clean and has a stylish atmosphere.
There are 3 table seats on the first floor, and the second floor seems to be a private room, but I don't know the details💧

I had 100 percent soba slices and spicy grated daikon radish.
The type of wasabi you grate yourself
The soba noodles are thin and go down easily, and go well with the noodle soup 😊
Sobayu is made in a Nambu Tekki iron kettle...it's heavy (lol)

It was delicious, thank you for the meal 🙏

that's all

I went there for the first time looking for a delicious soba restaurant!
I ordered shrimp tempura soba!
It was very filling and I was very satisfied!
It was delicious to grate and eat wasabi yourself!
I went without making a reservation, but there was a bit of a wait.
It seems like you can make reservations, so I think you should make a reservation!
I want to go again! It was delicious (*´ч`*)
There seemed to be no parking lot, so I parked at a nearby coin parking lot!
