Incredible meal. We did the kaiseki and Tomo was our chef. He made us some incredible sushi and sashimi. Also a great conversation! Learned a lot about the food I was eating and tried some new delicious seafood. 10/10 meal would highly recommend.

Our last dinner in Japan at Junisoh, located in the Hilton Tokyo, was nothing short of perfect. We decided on the Teppanyaki experience, where the chef's culinary performance is as much a part of the meal as the food itself. This experience went far beyond the typical Teppanyaki I've known in the USA; it was an up-close demonstration of a master chef at work, and we had the best seats in the house to witness this culinary adventure.

Every dish was a showcase of the chef's meticulous attention to detail and skill. The preparation was so precise that each morsel of food was a revelation, surpassing the previous bite in taste and quality. The selection of ingredients spoke volumes about their commitment to quality. We were treated to an array of exquisite flavors, including tender abalone, succulent shrimp, luxurious lobster, rich foie gras, and a variety of fresh, seasonal vegetables. Each ingredient was celebrated in its own right, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Adding to the culinary delight was the Sake selection. The Sake we had was premium and arguably the best I've ever tasted. Its smoothness and depth of flavor complemented the meal beautifully, elevating the entire dining experience.

This dinner at Junisoh wasn't just a meal; it was a culinary journey that encapsulated the best of Japanese cuisine. The combination of a masterful cooking display, exceptional ingredients, and outstanding Sake made our final dinner in Japan a memorable and fitting conclusion to our trip.
