Very good ramen. Had high expectations - v knowledgeable local food person sang its praises. Not sure I had them measured quite right. Chinese vibe. Ordered too big a bowl- think I asked for extra char su where regular dose would have been fine. Dumplings+noodles. Family restaurant, not counter (there were actual kids there in a rainy Saturday). Probably should give it another try.

There’s one item on the Kaduya’s menu that sets it apart—the yaki-wontons were special and I’d come back for them again and again.

Everything else was quite good as well—the ramen and the yaki-gyoza. I don’t know that I would come back just for them alone though but as a total package, I really enjoyed Kaduya. I would come back.

Note: Yaki-wontons are only available for dinner.

Ramen at this place was really good, and reasonably priced too. They have chasu and wonton available as options for your topping (both delicious), and shoyu or tantanmen bases. Prices between 800 and 1350 for a bowl depending on what your order.

The chefs were nice, but the service from the waitress not so much. Worth a try if you're in the neighborhood. 😋🍜
