Love the cakes here and if you are having your dessert there, they will serve the choice like a set meal with ice cream and fruits. However, there is an additional charge to it. If you're here, give their desserts a try!

This is the store where Caffarel invented the world's first gianduja in 1865.
Gianduja, which has been making chocolate for over 195 years and continues to be loved all over the world, is imported directly from Turin, Italy.
This is the only cafe in Japan where you can enjoy Gianduja, which contains 28% paste made from the highest quality Piedmont hazelnuts and has an elegant hazelnut scent.
In addition to fresh cakes, the shop sells many Gianduja chocolates and baked goods.
Awarded Best Sweets 2014 by Tabelog 100 Famous Stores and Tabelog
The total number of seats is 10 at tables.
ORDER-----------------
◆ Gianduja (648 yen)
◆Carrot cake Alca Farel (626 yen)
-----------------------------
[What I ate]
◇ Gianduja
Rich Gianduja brûlée and bitter chocolate mousse
The bottom layer is crispy cookie dough, the top layer is two types of chocolate mousse, and the center layer is raspberry sauce.
A rich chocolate mousse with a very smooth texture and a luxurious hazelnut scent.
Normally I would get bored with it, but the sourness of the raspberry had a refreshing aftertaste.
◇Carrot cake Alca Farel
A carrot cake popular in the US and UK, made in the style of Italian Caffarel.
The dough has a spicy scent of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, and is topped with cheese cream and fluffy chocolate chantilly cream.
It's a Caffarel style, so the sweetness is very modest.
The dough is fluffy and contains lots of walnuts, so you can eat it all at once with butter cream or chantilly cream.
As someone who likes strong carrot cakes, I was left unsatisfied with all of them as they were all too gentle.
【thoughts】
A local recommended it to us because it was the only cafe in the country.
When I ate the cake in the store, it was beautifully presented with candy decorations, and I was also given a piece of Gianduja chocolate.
The sherbet was so refreshing that I personally thought it was okay without it, lol.
The atmosphere in the store was calm and we had a great time.
You can also buy souvenirs, and I would like to visit you again when I go to Kobe.
