I had hitsumabushi for lunch.
The eel is fragrant and grilled, and the inside is fluffy and delicious. There was a service of almond tofu for dessert.

The eel was delicious with a nice seasoning and the rice had just the right amount of sauce.
For dessert, I was surprised to find that the apricot tofu was of a high quality even though it is an eel restaurant.
