I would best describe this as French inspired Kaiseki. The chef has delivered French style cooking methods to Japanese food with aplomb. Was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend. There was a person working there who spoke very good English to help explain dishes.

Translated from Japanese:
I am grateful to have come across a restaurant that is so particular about food.
When you eat it, you will naturally smile.
Original salt and rice, tableware that has been used for decades. Please try it once as an experience as well as a meal.
I look forward to going again.

Translated from Japanese:
Always thinking about new menus, the one and only dishes that draw out the ingredients are very delicious.
Mr. Mori's personality is also wonderful.
I will visit you regularly.
