Had the set menu for lunch, amazing value and the best wagyu steak I have ever had, great wines and fantastic service. The lady that served us was so friendly and accomodating.

Life changing teppanyaki experience! Great service and amazingly fresh produce: the lobster and abalone were still alive when presented to us.

Amazing food, friendly & understanding staff, nice atmosphere. Went for a friend's birthday, and he said it was the best!

An absolutely exquisite experience. Beautiful setting with a great atmosphere. Only the highest quality food that's cooked perfectly. Best foie gras I've ever had. Great service and helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more.

HORRIFIC WAITER !!!
We were misled by this restaurant’s great reviews and had high expectations for our lunch here on the 30th of December. Sadly, we were given our own private room and were served by a rude waiter. When we greeted him, he ignored us. Additionally, he answered questions in a patronising and demeaning manner and was overall very impatient and hostile towards us. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome whenever being served by him as it was clear he didn’t want to be there at all. Even my youngest daughter felt terrified to ask him a simple question about the food. This has undoubtedly been the worst hospitality we have received in Japan; we even received significantly warmer customer service at 7/11. This was an otherwise average dining experience- the steak was nice however all the other dishes weren’t worth the price. What a disappointing experience!
