Kairada Ginza French Review Summary

I used it for lunch. It was delicious from amuse to dessert.
I became a candidate for a store that I will never go to.

Quaint, classic French bistro in a lovely back ally of Ginza. The chef prepares the food behind the counter and the dishes are just divine. I've been there twice, with about 2 years in between and the chef remembered me and thanked me for returning. The service was exceptional and personal and the wine too. For lunch it's a bargain (can go for about 1500-2000 per meal), the evening can be a bit expensive but for great French food in Ginza I wouldn't presume otherwise.

Don't underestimate the classic French. Stunningly reasonable. While you can relax with someone special, indulging yourself alone could be another choice.

I enjoyed the time, effort, and heartfelt preparation of the chef.
○Appetizers are summer-like,
Terrine filled with many ingredients such as scallops, salmon, summer vegetables, green beans, okra, paprika, etc.
○Carrot soup
○The main dish is beef cheek braised in wine. I always have it, and it's really delicious. I heard that it took 3 days to prepare.
○Dessert~ Today I ordered a birthday plate for my wife. wonderful.
