Great place off the main monja street. They will cool your monja and okonomiyaki for you at the table of you've never done it before. English menu is available. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE ANKI MAKI CHOUX AISU!! Even if you're full to bursting with monja, it's totally worth it.

Food and overall things are cheap and middle-low quality. If you come from oversea, mind that they are never welcome to foreigner.
    English manu is not available.
    Racist female owner. Good luck

We got three different types of monja

    •the recommend seafood monja
    •the tomato and cheese monja
    •the ume/plum monjya

All three were different vibes/taste but really satisfying!

    Tips:

1)put your jacket & bags in the seats or the plastic bag the staff will hand you, so that your clothes/bags won't smell like monja.

    2) I noticed there was designated waiting area outside, so just in case call ahead and make a reservation.

Super friendly monja in tsukishima! Compared to the other places in the island it might not seem like much, but the friendly staff and the quality of ingredients convinced me to give the 5 stars. Most of the restaurants around are full of people and the staff treat people like sheep, get in, eat please leave... Here you can enjoy a conversation with locals, sip your beers and sours while you have great sea food monjas and okonomiyakis. It would be great if they had a bigger choice and more place for bigger groups. Try the ice cream crepe is a nice touch at the end!

2024.9.26 18:30 I made a last minute reservation and visited.

It's a different street from Monja Street, so there weren't many tourists, but it was full of locals.

I ate there for the first time on a visit from Osaka.
    All the monja were delicious.

    Mentaiko Monja Mochi, Cheese
    Curry Monja minced meat, cheese
Seasonal Seafood Monja Special Miso, Green Onion

    It was delicious.

The staff girl was also efficient and made me feel comfortable.
