The udons here are amazing. I would definitely recommend the curry udon it was excellent. The shrimp tempura is amazing!
I would recommend to come early before noon so you won't have to queue.
The payment is by cash only and there's an English menu.

Broth was delicious and we didn’t have to wait too long. Around 20-25 minutes. Take note to pay in cash. Noodles were chewy and not too bad, but also nothing life changing. Tempura was good. Overall a good meal.

It's ok. The udon is unique. On the chewier side and (for lack of better vocab) quite porous (it really absorbs flavour). If you want to just try some unique udon, this spot is great for you. Otherwise, it's just a meal.
I got the soy broth dipping udon and a chicken tempura. There was a good amount of mushroom flavour in the dipping broth, but nothing astonishing. The chicken tempura was crispy, but honestly I could just eat a familymart famichiki.
I like the atmosphere. It's homey and everyone is seated at the main table.
Overall, I see why it's Michelin recommended, the udon is truly special, but the meal was not.

I don't really like Udon since it's hard to find properly made udon in Canada. But after trying this place... it was out of this world. The Udon texture was bouncy and the tempura was cooked to perfection.
I could eat this meal everyday. The cold broth saved me from the Japan's blistering hot temperatures late-Oct.
