This was a legitimately fantastic pre-fixe meal and I would highly recommend this experience for a special occasion. The dishes were interesting, flavorful, well-balanced, and seriously delicious. This was my first wagyu tenderloin which was oh-so-tender. Our standout favorites were the gazpacho (kick-you-in-the-face tomato flavor) paired with addictive truffle butter, the salmon-trout course with its play on textures and flavors, and the wagyu. The braised endive was the most surprising with a soulful, salty, smoky representation that honors the vegetable.
We also got the non-alcoholic pairing (Y6,000) which features most of the non alcoholic drinks that you could get a la carte. I appreciated that there was thought and care into zero-proof and the pairing was well done (not too sweet, overall light and refreshing).
Service was efficient, friendly, efficient and without pretension. Chef Kamimura personally greeting every party at the end of the meal was a delight.
