Kamonka Akasaka Tameikesanno Shop Review Summary

The tantanmen looked and smelled good but tasted very weakcompared to other 4+ rated shops around the city plus it was advertised about 50% more on the menu outside. However, that 1500 price on the menu outside turned into 1650 which became 1815 after an involuntary +10% charge that after 80 days in the country nobody else has levied on customers. No wonder nobody else was inside. Expensive & weak product with price trickery. Would rather go to family mart across the street for 75% less if I wanted to eat that quality of food.

A spacious table, nice staff, and good food. Mapa tofu with oyster and oyster noodle were big and great.
Two thumbs up with dim-sums(Soryongpo, and shrimp shomai).

A bit pricey, but tastes good! I loved the mango pudding and yuzu tea. The prawn with veggies were good too, and they also had the option to lessen the salt for that dish, which I appreciated.

Their Chinese dishes are so delicious such as Pork shabu salad, steamed shrimp dumpling, fried cod with chili sauce and Mabo tofu. But mabotofu is too spicy

Atmosphere is good. You will have your own privacy with low glass walls, if you come here by 1 or 2 persons. The lunch that I had was average. Will come and visit again for another meals. Recommended
