Im here for the first time today, 22/10/04. Good walking distance from Tokyo Station.

Cons: I wanted to eat Chinese food. Served a hybrid of Japanese and Chinese cuisine, with the Japanese influence too strong. This does not mean that the cuisine is not good. It is, unfortunately, very little Chinese. Nevertheless, the quality of the food was good and therefore there are 4 stars.

Working dinner for 12 persons on a Wednesday evening. Selection of hot and cold Chinese dishes, served with beers and 2 bottles of Planeta Chardonnay. Spacious restaurant room and we felt comfortable and could talk freely as a group. Restaurant not crowded.

This is my favorite place for Mapo tofu. Its just so perfectly spiced and tastes amazing. The whole set is premium hence price at 1500yen but worth a try when you want to taste authentic Sichuan spicy mapo tofu.

This used to be my favorite for very spicy mabo tofu. They use alot of sasho (the japanese pepper) which I love. It has been a few years and I fear the quality is down. Not as excited this time.. The soup fried dumplings were also just soso. Nice view though. Note they should have seated me further from the noisy businessmen as well but alas...

It looked so good in theory, but the food tasted terrible. There were parts that were okay, but overall it was mediocre and overpriced.
