Tasty and simple soba done right. This is much lighter fare than ramen, and great for a quick lunch if you are in Akihabara. Getting a few sides is advisable to provide some textural diversity. The restaurant was packed with middle- to old-aged locals at around 3:00, which says more about the quality than I ever could!

Good soba with good dipping sauce. Prices can quickly increase if one orders sides to go with the standard fare. They provide soba water to dilute the soba sauce to make broth as a soup to end the meal. Very aromatic and tasty sauce with great tempura too!
