This is a long-established sushi restaurant in the Kanda area.
There is no nigiri sushi, but the traditional style of pressed sushi has been maintained for many years.
The atmosphere of the shop is like a long-established store, and has an old-fashioned feel.

I bought a set of inari sushi, futomaki, and chakin for lunch.
The rice in the Inari sushi had just the right amount of vinegar and sweetness, and the fried rice was soaked in the broth and was very delicious.
The futomaki had quite a lot of ingredients, so I couldn't fill my mouth with just one bite.
The thinly baked egg wrapped in a tea towel has a fine texture and a smooth texture.
I finished it in no time.

I would like to stop by again if I have a chance.
I think I'll try the conger eel pressed sushi next time.
