Memories posted around early summer 2023.
I think what I ordered was the zaru with kakiage.

When it comes to soba, I like black inaka soba or gen soba, so I don't usually choose Sarashina, but this one was delicious.

According to the calendar, it was just around the beginning of summer, so I went there hoping to see if there would be a tea ceremony, but unfortunately, it ended the previous week.

At this time, the acai cut was the signboard, so I asked for two colors along with the standard one.

It was delicious with thin, chewy and crisp soba noodles and a dipping sauce that everyone would love.

Thank you for the meal today.
