Although it is located a little far away, I was able to enjoy my meal in peace away from the hustle and bustle.

I watched the process of mixing red vinegar with freshly made rice.

The owner and the landlady were both wonderful people, and we enjoyed not only the food but also the conversation and the atmosphere.

The attention to detail in the sushi sauce was amazing, and it went well with the sake.

Although I visited on a cold day, the pairing with warm and hot sake was perfect.

I will drop by again.

It is located in a residential area, off a side street from Kan-Nana in Edogawa Ward.
Is this Edogawa Ward? Why is there such a nice shop even though it's on the outskirts of Edogawa Ward? I'm surprised.

All sushi items are exquisite.
The atmosphere is also great.
Currently, there are only 7 counter seats available, so it is becoming increasingly difficult to make reservations.

Please try the Komatsuna Sour, a specialty of Edogawa Ward.
Pour the komatsuna through a juicer, add shochu and dilute with carbonated water or water.
It has a rich taste of komatsuna.

The overflowing salmon roe and sea urchin served on my hand, and the ice cream for dessert were also very delicious.

It seems that the price is only 16,000 yen.
Alcohol is charged separately.
