The Shirako type sells out quickly, so we recommend arriving early. There are two things that I just noticed.
[Pork braised] It was delicious, but it wasn't as guinea-like as I expected. Fat is melty ○
[Salt-grilled cutlassfish] I feel like I put a little too much salt on it.
However, no matter what I ate, it was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was cheerful and polite, so I would like to come back again.
