9 minutes walk from Omotesando station! (10 minutes walk from Nogizaka station)
I visited [Kappo Muroi]!
This is a highly anticipated Japanese restaurant that opened at the end of June.
The location is in Nishiazabu near Omotesando.
From Omotesando Station Exit A5, pass through the Nezu Museum and go down the Kitasaka towards Nishiazabu.
It is also a high-end gourmet street known only to those in the know, with restaurants such as ``Sushi Sho,'' ``Le Api Osteria,'' and ``es.''
Mr. Go Muroi will serve as the general manager.
As you may know, he has continued to improve his skills at Ryugin, which continues to receive three Michelin stars, and most recently at the famous Kyo Kaiseki Yoshiizumi restaurant, which also received three stars, as well as at Yamazaki, a popular Japanese restaurant in Nishi-Azabu. I did.
Also worth mentioning is the general's father.
He ran the first Kappo Muroi restaurant in Shinjuku and Ginza for many years.
It has also received a Michelin star, and is especially famous for its natural mushroom dishes, which it says it has harvested by itself in the mountains!
Taking advantage of the inherited DNA and various lineages, his son, Go Muroi, reincarnated the restaurant in the new Nishi-Azabu area as Kappo Muroi.
The interior of the restaurant has a calm Japanese atmosphere with 8 counter seats.
Since it has just opened, the clear scent of cypress is indescribable.
Meals are limited to omakase courses.

A variety of modern Japanese cuisine that doesn't try to be strange, yet gives off a somewhat advanced impression!
I was especially impressed by the vinegared dishes that made use of the liver of the abalone, the bowl of freshly shaved Ichiban dashi with juicy shrimp, and the natural eel with its fragrant, thick skin that was irresistible!
I'm looking forward to the future with the great hospitality from the general staff.
There are more stores that you'll want to visit!
It was a feast!
