Chef make very little normal dish to perfect conditions. Seafood is fresh and sweet. The soup is great and refreshing. However the price is a little bit expensive. However the food quality is good

A truly wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is a little hidden in a small alley. We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff and the food we were served was both delicious and full of culinary surprises. Five stars!

A restaurant that doesn't have prices listed on the menu. →In other words, we prepare only the best ingredients of the day, so customers can sashimi, grill, simmer, etc. . . A system that allows the chef to choose freely, which requires a great deal of confidence in his skills. . .
So, I confirmed the famous restaurant before eating ❣️
The photo is a salad of spiny lobster♪ (This is the first time I've seen spiny lobster made into a salad.)

Since it was autumn, I tried things like steamed clay pots, saikyo-yaki silver cod, and Soya mozuku (a thin type from Hokkaido. By the way, the pointy part at the top of Hokkaido is Cape Soya).

By I wanted to have dinner with a female co-worker (21 years old), so I picked her up from her house, drove to Hiroshima at high speed, paid for the meal, and then, on the way home, she fell asleep in the car. From Hand Woman (age unknown). .
