Kashiwagi Review Summary

A famous ramen shop near Higashi-Nakano Station. I had the char siu salt ramen. The char siu has a firm texture, and when you bite into it, the flavor comes out and it's delicious. U can enjoy the flavor of the soup with the charred onions and dried sardines in this simple salt ramen. The reason why most customers ask for a second helping of noodles is probably because the flavor of the soup makes them eat up the noodles in no time.

ordered Sio(salty) ramen this time. Awesome taste! Kashiwagi is one of the best ramen places in Higashi Nakano area.

I often go Kashiwagi to eat delicious ramen. There are mainly two choices Shio (Solt) ramen and Shoyu (Soi source) ramen, which are great. I like Shio ramen more. The taste and meat is sometimes changed, I guess the owner continue to search for the best. I recommend you to have them with Egg (Ni-Tamago).

Strong shoyu taste ramen but refreshing. Very very good.
