    ``Kato Beef Store Ginza'' was founded in 2008 (Heisei 20) and is about a 2-minute walk from Ginza Station. It is run by a third-generation Yamagata beef specialty butcher shop in Yokohama, and was highly praised by Jimon Terakado.

    The course for the day is as follows.

    Homemade corned beef is spicy and delicious. At first, I picked it up with chopsticks, and at the end I copied it along with the bucket. This corned beef is perfect with alcohol.

    The Yamagata beef tataki is served with onions, and this tataki is exquisite! The sweetness of the fat spreads throughout your mouth, and the different textures of the meat and onions make this an enjoyable dish.

    The 3-type steak platter includes sirloin, loin, and lean meat (medium rare) medium-rare. All of them are perfectly cooked and you can taste each part. It goes great with wasabi and you'll never get tired of it.

    The hamburger steak is a little small, but it is a dish that is full of meat juice. Fluffy and tender, with plenty of meaty flavor. The demi-glace sauce is also delicious.

    Next time, I have a choice between Yamagata beef curry and homemade corned beef and rice with egg, so go for the beef curry. It looks black and has an impact, but the sweetness of the onions and spices make it delicious.

    Finish off with some sherbet to refresh your mouth and end today's course! From start to finish, it was a wonderful restaurant where you could enjoy carefully selected Yamagata beef.

    Meat from beginning to end!! I was able to enjoy ️! The steak was surprisingly tender and delicious...I think it was sirloin, chateaubriand, or lean meat?

    The tataki was impressively delicious. It's best eaten with the exquisite sauce, tender meat, and onions.
    The meatiness of the hamburger steak is so meaty that it disappears once you put one bite into the demi-glace sauce.

    I don't often eat corned beef, but I knew right away that this was something special! The soup was also exquisite, with plenty of beef, vegetables, and mushrooms, and a nice stock.
    I was able to choose the end dish so I chose different ones🙆‍♀️The beef curry is famous, but I preferred the egg-cooked rice!

    It's a small restaurant, but the food and hospitality were top-notch 🙏 I think the quality is cheap at this price in a prime location in Ginza 🤗 Thank you for the best food!

    It's been a while since I've eaten Yamagata beef, but it wasn't as greasy as it looked and was refreshing. The meat may not be as sweet as Matsusaka etc., but it has a sophisticated impression without being tough or rough.

    Brown it in a frying pan, cook it slowly in the oven, and serve it with our special demi-glace sauce. Demi-glace is a rich, creamy drink with a slightly sour taste. The meat juice gushes out of the hamburger steak, and you can enjoy the sweetness of the onions and beef.

    To finish off your meal, choose from three options: corned beef TKG, beef sigure-boiled egg porridge, and beef curry.
    I chose Yamagata beef curry. I was lured in by the pleasant aroma of the spices in the curry that the other table ordered (lol)
    This curry looks black with a slight green tinge, and is said to contain bamboo charcoal. The taste is spicy, but not too spicy, just the right amount of spiciness.

    strawberry sorbet. Apparently it's a sorbet made with strawberries mixed with mascarpone, and the taste is somewhat similar to the taste of strawberry milk shaved ice.

    I was able to enjoy Yamagata beef in various styles such as raw, boiled, grilled, and mixed all at once.
