You have to take off your shoes to enter the restaurant, and both the counter and table seats are hori-kotatsu style.
I had the large shrimp fillet cutlet lunch (1,320 yen), which was limited in quantity.
A large amount of shredded cabbage is provided first.
Sweet and spicy sauces are placed on the table.
You can choose between coarse and fine bread crumbs for the katsu.
The important fried shrimp and cutlet are not greasy and are light and delicious, probably due to the special oil and frying method.
