Savouring the hours long Handmade soba with crispy Tempura while enjoying the breeze & scenic mountain view, @ Lake Chūzenji, the best of both world only at one place here. All soba will take “lift” to Level 1, the dining hall, and patrons will be alerted to collect when their food is ready. Overall dining experience was pleasant and recommend to try if you have a chance. Itadakimasu!

Not exactly gourmet as others have pointed out, and if you're a soba aficionado you may be disappointed judging by the other reviews.

Nonetheless, this is a nice spot to stop and relax for a meal after seeing the local sites and walking down along the lake. The food was tasty but not mind blowing, yet we still thoroughly enjoyed the meal especially considering the view. Worth stopping by for a casual lunch if you don't mind waiting a little while for the food.

Absolutely delicious handmade soba. The tempura was delicious. Loved the soba with mushrooms and yuba. The mushrooms were so fresh and flavourful.

Nice people. Very nice soba! Local feel restaurant, no Japanese menu. In this picture, it is a 770yen soba and udon.

We really enjoyed the soba and udon here. The tempura was good and hardy. Nice view of the lake but needs some patience to wait for the food.
