The other day, I wanted to go eat some delicious sushi for the first time in a while.
I visited with a friend.
Opening in June 2021, it is a sophisticated space with private rooms.
The store is very clean.
It's a sushi and tempura restaurant from Azabu's famous restaurant Tentomi Yokoda, which has been featured in the Michelin Guide for eight consecutive years.
This time, I ordered sushi and Tenfura [Special] Kaiseki.
A very satisfying course of sushi → tempura → sushi.
I slipped in before the state of emergency was declared.

The soup stock of shrimp shinjo is delicious.

Amakusa (small skin) is served with red vinegar sushi rice.
Aori squid
Season with salt and kabosu. It's refreshing and delicious.
Kisu, red sea bream, Izumi red sea bream, etc.
The seasonings are all different, and you can eat them deliciously.
A small bowl of salmon roe, caviar, and sea urchin served in a stylish wine glass-like container.
It's like a super delicious drink.
Chawanmushi has an elegant taste.
After enjoying the luxurious fried conger eel, the long-awaited dish
Tempura. The prawns are crispy, light and delicious.

The steamed abalone and the liver are both delicious with the sauce.
And then on to the second half, sushi.
Aomori's Ohata tuna, Ishigaki shellfish, lean tuna, golden sea bream and

Boiled clam sushi is an unforgettable deliciousness.
The scrolls are Torokyu rolls. Finish gently.
Lastly, the omelet was almost pudding.
I wonder if I prefer fried eggs or pudding.
The finish is shiso leaf sorbet.
This is refreshing, delicious and perfect for a hot day.
It was a dessert for adults.
I was very satisfied with the restaurant, so I would like to go there again to celebrate.
