Ken Description

Located in the bustling neighborhood of Musashi Kosugi in Kawasaki City, Ken is a hidden gem for ramen lovers. This cozy and inviting restaurant specializes in serving authentic and flavorful ramen dishes that will leave you craving for more.

What sets Ken apart from other ramen establishments is their dedication to using only the finest ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Each bowl of ramen is carefully crafted to perfection, with a rich and savory broth that is simmered for hours to extract the maximum flavor. The noodles are cooked to a perfect al dente texture, and the toppings are fresh and thoughtfully chosen to complement the dish.

One of the standout menu items at Ken is their signature Tonkotsu Ramen. Made with a creamy and flavorful pork bone broth, this dish is a true delight for the senses. The tender slices of chashu (braised pork), perfectly cooked noodles, and a soft-boiled egg add layers of texture and taste to the dish. For those looking for a spicy kick, the Spicy Miso Ramen is a must-try. The combination of the rich miso broth and the fiery chili paste creates a harmonious balance of flavors that will leave you wanting more.

The restaurant itself is cozy and intimate, with a traditional Japanese decor that adds to the overall dining experience. The friendly and attentive staff are always ready to assist you in choosing the perfect ramen dish to satisfy your cravings. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or a first-time visitor, Ken is a must-visit destination for an authentic and unforgettable ramen experience.

The best broth I have ever tasted with a strong, smoky bonito flake flavor. Noodles were excellent. I choose blind and. Got bacon for my meat, that was a mistake. Go for the pork slice, as usual and you’ll love it. Huge portion too!
