If you come to visit Tokyo don’t miss out this one. It’s miso paste. Sooop yummy Two spice levels of chili based or Chinese pepper based can make it really spicy. Though to get the highest level you have to pay extra. Smaller shop seating about 8 to 10 people at once so be ready to queue for a bit.another this restaurant in Kanda too!

Truly an amazing experience. Smelling the food while waiting in line for 10 minutes. Was a delight and then sitting down getting the food right away. You will enjoy even more. This is a delicious taste. Careful for the spicy level :)

Waited around 40min at late lunch time, if you are not rushing for schedule it is worth the wait. Ordered the special (no.1) ramen at 1470 yen. Once you get in the shop, meal was served quickly.

At the medium level of spice and pepper, it is already hot enough to warm your body.

Noodles on the harder side and with the fried bean sprouts, giving a crunch to it. Baby corn was fresh and sweet with a light roasted taste. Egg was excellent, so soft and flavourful, you can taste the soy sauce in the yolk. Meat was absolutely tender to the point it breaks apart in you mouth. Thick miso soup, was not thirsty afterwards!

Overall a decent experience, shop was little cramp. Do remember to purchase your ramen ticket before queuing
