I had a treat for my birthday ☺️
I have visited Kitashinchi's Zakugo, Itami, and Noriki-chan Kitahama several times, but I finally visited Honke Kimiya!
The new store was so beautiful!
There are only 4 tables inside.
The parking lot 🅿️ can park about 8 cars!
Booked at 5pm.
Even though I arrived early
He kindly guided me into the store 😊
There are 3 simple menu items.
Chateaubriand 400g/person
Prices vary depending on the part.
A.20000 yen
B.15000 yen
C.12000 yen
Will I get heartburn if I eat too much of the good parts?
We were both at a loss,
The clerk gave me 1 serving of B and 0.5 servings each of A and C, which I ordered!
I also ordered two beef tongues ☺️
Although the beef tongue is thick, it is surprisingly soft and easy to eat, so be sure to try the beef tongue that is not listed on the menu ♪
Kimchi is also really delicious 😋
The main meat is
A and C were baked first!
When you compare the tastes, the softness of A definitely stands out♪
However, this does not mean that C is hard!
A is too good😆
After that, I baked B as well and was very satisfied!
It’s nice to have all-you-can-drink drinks ☺️
My first visit was very satisfying and full♪
The general is also a very friendly and fun person.
We had a happy time!
This is a store I definitely want to go to again!! ️

It was my first time, but I was able to learn a lot from the reviews here, so it was very helpful ✨
Of course, even if you don't understand, we will explain it to you carefully.
I received 200g each of A and B and 400g of C.
First of all, copy C with less fat. .
Yummy 🥹 Why is it so fluffy 🥹
The charcoal grill will put a cushion on the cabbage to prevent it from getting too burnt. It's also delicious to eat with cabbage ✨I wanted to taste it again at the end, so I left a little C and moved on to B and A. The way the fat spreads is really different! This is just a matter of preference, but all of them were very delicious and soft enough that I couldn't believe it was fillet meat. You can get refills on drinks and rice for just the price of the meat.
Eating rice and meat is nothing but a sin. . It was so delicious that I wanted to keep eating it, to the point where I felt so full.
At the end, we had fruit.
Reservations are accepted up to two months in advance, and the best time to call is late at night, when the restaurant has calmed down. It's busy before business hours. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the meat is delicious.
I will definitely make a reservation again!

You can order by specifying the part. I ordered the top grade Chateaubriand A, but it was greasy. I can't eat anything. disappointing. Tan is delicious.
To try it out, I ordered part C, which has the least amount of fat, and it was the lightest, softest, and most delicious.
C is sufficient for people in their 40s. You can cut it with a fork.
That softness and pink meat juice is a mystery.

It is said that it is difficult to make a reservation, as it is a once in a lifetime visit.
A friend of mine took me there!
I was surprised at how soft it was even though it was so thick🫢🫢🫨🫢🫨

I ordered all of Chateaubriand ABC. The whole family was very satisfied with the lean meat.
Also, please make a reservation.
Thank you very much💮
