A 🐔chicken specialist ramen shop famous for their all natural bright 🔵blue ramen with no special chemicals. Their signature blue ramen features a clear rich chicken broth. I also tried their 🟢green ramen which features muscat 🍇grape broth. They also have 🔴red (spicy) and 🟡yellow (shio) colored ramen.

When first glancing at this ramen, one might underestimate its culinary depth. Its unassuming appearance belies a rich tapestry of flavors that unfold with each bite. The broth, while visually simplistic, reveals complex layers of umami, hinting at a meticulous simmering process. Noodles, with just the right texture, complement the broth perfectly, absorbing its essence. Each ingredient, though appearing ordinary, plays a pivotal role in creating an overall symphony of taste. This ramen is a reminder not to judge a dish by its appearance; it's a culinary adventure that's as deep in flavor as it is in its ability to surprise and delight.

i knew this place from 2 of the ramen guidebook (written by the local) as well as on the social media. so i saved it on the google map and must go in this trip!

it's inside the building so could easily be missed out.

i was lucky to arrive a little earlier than its last order time :) i got the blue chicken soup ramen. it may not look as "usual" but the colour was actually beautiful. it tasted as normal chicken ramen and without looking, i couldn't imagine it's in its funny blue colour. the second highlight was the chicken fillet (char sui?) that was made very tender, i think it's made by slow cook.

it's nice and i'd recommend it. i'd also love to come again and try the other magical items.
