I often visit when I visit the neighborhood.
This time I chose Mazesoba, but the noodles are filling and delicious no matter when you eat them.
Along the way, I changed the flavor to my liking with the seasonings on the table and enjoyed it to the very end.
When I got home, I found a delicious ramen restaurant because my son had just gone to another restaurant for a club trip! He happily reported.
Thank you for the meal.

I had been interested in this store for a while, but this was my first time visiting. The restaurant was very clean and after purchasing the food ticket, we had some delicious salt ramen. What surprised me was the unique and delicious taste of the ramen that made me want to eat it again, and the excellent customer service from the female staff. She kindly and politely asked us if we needed paper aprons, and responded with a smile to various requests from other customers. The staff's response and the owner's thoughts are reflected in the atmosphere of the restaurant and the deliciousness of the ramen, and it was a great restaurant where you could hear the voices of gratitude from the customers. I'll do my best tomorrow too like that clerk 💪 And I'll come back to eat again (^^) Thank you for the delicious ramen 🙇‍♀️ See you soon 😁

I went in because I was drawn to the sign for chicken paitan ramen and Taiwanese mazesoba.
A system for purchasing meal tickets.
Apparently there is an app, and if you've already registered, you'll be served fried chicken today.
Since this is my first visit, I registered. Apparently, if you order ramen, you can use the electronic stamp placed at the entrance. That's all explained to you.
For ramen, I ordered chicken paitan soy sauce, chicken paitan miso, and a pork bowl set.
Chicken paitan miso is a sweet and rich miso ramen with a sticky texture. The miso itself is sweet, but a little salty (salty).
Unlike the shabby miso ramen, I like this rich and creamy type of miso ramen, so I think it would be even more delicious if it was a little less salty. Ah, but if you eat the leftover soup with rice, this might taste better.
I sampled a bite of soy sauce, and although it was light, it had the nice flavor of chicken broth and was quite delicious. This is a hit. My brother also praised it.
Since I couldn't eat the world's best kotteri because my stomach felt heavy, I ate the food from the street food stalls, but I personally prefer the chicken paitan and soy sauce. (*´〜`*)I liked it.
The pork bowl was a pork bowl.
