Tiny but high quality local institution of a ramen shop. Listed on the Michelin Bib Gourmand. The prices reflect that. Cash, cards, and QR code payment accepted. Expect a queue.

Salt and soy sauce are their standards, along with slightly spicy dandan noodles. Limited sets change periodically.

The noodles are quite chewy and the toppings are small in size but prepared with care. Unlike other ramen shops the soup is so good you might want to drink it all.

I've been visiting since they opened in 2015 and although they only offer counter seating now the quality of the food has never varied.

Fantastic, meaty ramen with great sides. You may be asked to order on a touchscreen inside while waiting for a free seat, but you can also take the time to decide with the menus outside. It is a small store, so there may be a queue - but definitely worth it. Umbrellas are provided as well for sunny or rainy days. Cashless payment incl. credit cards.

Delicious chicken stock base soy sauce ramen. Had the special soy sauce version with three kinds of pork and boiled egg (1,050JPY) plus the pork with spring onion rice (350JPY). The ramen is very good and one of those oriented towards Michelin Star -ish clean and balanced taste. Has had several Michelin Star / Bib Gourmand places before so it was not surprisingly good. But overall the shop is very open with their ingredients and sources. Seems to work extra hard to provide good produce and make the good farmers be known, cooking the food organically and adding no additives, as well as being friendly to children/family, which is precious in Tokyo. Rice with pork is fair too and good match to finish up the rest of ramen soup. Portion is not large but perfect if you want to try both the noodle and the rice and if you don't mind the price.
