Where to have lunch when you come around here
I searched for something to eat and found this restaurant.
Lunch is Oyakodon (Oyakodon).
The price is a little different from the one written in the reviews.
💴The price has increased to 1300 yen.
Comes with salad, miso soup, and pickles.
The location is at the back of a small road a little off the main street.
The store is located on the first floor of a slightly old apartment building.
I visited the store before it opened at 11:30am.
There was no line and I thought there was plenty of room,
When the store opened at 11:30, people started arriving one after another.
It quickly filled up.
``Welcome. We're sorry to have kept you waiting,'' the landlady greeted us warmly.
The restaurant has counter seating facing the kitchen.
There are several table seats,
Even 4 people could sit together.
Orders will not be taken 🤣
You will be asked if it is large or average❗
Oyakodon 💴1300 yen
Rice size (220g) or average size (180g)
I had eaten a snack before that.
I don't like large servings of rice (lol)
Serve evenly.
I had a seat in the back, so I had a full view of the kitchen.
Hinai chicken is simmering in many small pots.
The landlady serves the rice and prepares the set.
I guess it's my son who makes oyakodon.
Oyakodon (oyakodon) is made more and more like a production line.
It will be finished.
The landlady (grandmother) had a very nice smile.
I was healed ❤️
The oyakodon that was served had soft-boiled eggs in a jiggly state.
There's a lot more chicken in there than I expected.
On Hinai Jidori Day, the chicken is barely cooked or undercooked, and has a firm texture.
The rice is also grainy.
It's cooked very deliciously.
There are some parts where the broth is sticky.
There is no such thing here,
Moderate amount of moisture
However, it is a bowl of oyakodon that you can swallow as if you were eating it.
The miso soup had a lot of fat floating in it, so I guess it was made with chicken stock.
It was highly rated on both Tabelog and Google, so I had high expectations for it, but I think it was a delicious oyakodon after all.
It's not just a leisurely lunch.
The person next to me arrived later than me, but he left within 10 minutes 🤣
