Awesome ramen shop opens in early morning.
We ordered the scallop based soup ramen. The broth was fresh and flavourful without being overly fishy. The ramen texture was also outstanding.
The clam rice was also a nice addition at only 250 yen.

Well worth the wait! There was a queue even at 7am, but the warm soup on a rainy morning was perfect. I tried the salt based soup, and really enjoyed that I could taste the sweetness of the clams from the broth. The different types of chashu are very enjoyable, and the egg was also perfectly cooked. I would prefer my noodles to be less floury/more firm, but it's just a personal preference
