Great taste and aesthetic- just missing one star because the food was poorly timed. I will be back for sure

Even when it was warm, you could feel the strong soba flavor.
Of course the dashi is also the best❗️
There was a bit of a line around 12:00, but since I came alone due to seating restrictions, I was given priority guidance.
There is a noodle-making place in the back of the store, and I can imagine it being demonstrated, but it was a restaurant that I thoroughly enjoyed.
The proprietress also provided attentive service, making it a restaurant where you could feel at ease even when you were alone.
For everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
