I went to a Western restaurant for lunch that I had been interested in for some time.
today's order
★Wakaze hamburger & crab cream croquette
・Ankake sauce with mushrooms
・Marinated cabbage
・Warm vegetables
・Rice & red soup stock
It seems to be a famous Western restaurant, so I went there right after it opened, so there were seats available so I was able to enter.
I couldn't decide between the three sauces for the hamburger steak, but since it was New Year's Eve and I was in a Japanese style mood, I chose the Japanese style ankake sauce.
First, the marinated cabbage was sweet and had a good balance of sourness, so much so that I ate it in one go.
The main plate arrived.
Crab cream croquette with tartar on a Japanese-style hamburger steak, warm vegetables and mashed potatoes.
First up is the hamburger.
The outside was crispy and the inside was surprisingly soft, the Japanese-style ankake sauce went well with it, and the breadcrumbs on the bottom were crispy and delicious down to the last crumb.
The crab cream croquette is a specialty, full of rich crab flavor! ︎
The grilled vegetables were submerged in the ankake sauce, and the mashed potatoes were moist, making it a well-balanced dish overall.
There is also an affiliated parking lot, so if you bring your parking certificate, you can get a parking ticket.
It was a feast.
