Kitchen Sakurai Review Summary

The food was the definition of “okay”. We came to this restaurant expecting a lot more out of the food, in accordance with the price and how the place presents itself. We were disappointed in the very basic and bland food that we received. The omirice looks nice, but it was almost tasteless. I personally regret wasting one of my meals here. Definitely would not recommend!

I have been there in dinner time.
This restaurant has 2 floors (6-7 floor), indoor and outdoor table.
When I tried to book the table around 6 pm but staffs said it was almost full.
I ordered course menu around 4,000 yen, it was good and satisfying.

The atmosphere is that of a much fancier restaurant than this is. If you sit on the balcony, there are very nice views. For the winter, they provide a heater and lap blankets. Perfect for social distancing!

The food is typical Japanese-style Western food. The omurice is decent. There aren't too many vegetarian options unless you eat fish, in which case the smoked salmon was really tasty. The omurice has beef in the sauce, so you can't ask to have it removed, unfortunately. They do have a few good cocktails as well.

Ate omurice, didnt disappoint. 1600 yen
