I visited on a weekday night. .
When making the reservation, I chose the Nagano duck course, and for the wine, I received Madam's recommended Burgundy.
It's an open kitchen, so you can see where the duck is grilled and cut,
You can also see how the bones are crushed, squeezed and added to the sauce.
Recommended for those who like watching the cooking process.

A valuable restaurant where you can enjoy solid classic French cuisine.
Many of the dishes are brown in color and don't look Instagrammable, but the taste is definitely there.

Also, the music on this day was quite good and it was a fun two hours.

This is a rare restaurant where you can enjoy the ingredients in full size, rather than the small portions and many dishes that are common these days. All of the dishes are hearty and rich, so I'd like to visit once or twice a year rather than frequently. And each time, my stomach and heart are satisfied. The small conversations between the chef and the madam are also very pleasant, which is typical of a restaurant that feels at home (and also has a sense of tension).

As everyone has already written, you can eat your heart's content with classic, well-seasoned French cuisine. The wine stock is also excellent, and I end up ordering good wine and paying quite a bit. It's not a modern store, but it's one I'd like to see remain.

This restaurant is a French restaurant version of a kappo or high-end sushi restaurant. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy hearty, full-bodied dishes that are a little different from recent trends. I think this is valuable as there are few shops that are heading in this direction these days. If you feel nostalgic about the cooking of Joel Bruin and Jacques Bory, you'll probably be a good fit. Also, I am an avid wine collector. Therefore, they are selling it at a reasonable price.
