Kobe Beef Bifuteki Kawamura Roppongi Review Summary

I would advise caution with the 4.x star reviews. My experience at this restaurant was not as pleasant as expected. We felt rushed, with dishes served before we finished the previous ones, despite our request to slow down.

The manager's attitude also seemed insincere, which may explain why we were the only table that night. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant absolutely.

What an unforgettable experience! To start off, if you happen to be a foreigner, be sure to request 'RENZ' as your server. He hails from the Philippines and is incredibly courteous and professional. His command of the English language is truly impressive. Now, let's talk about the beef. This place offers a wide range of beef grades, from 3 to 12. I highly recommend sampling grades 12 and 7 to truly appreciate the difference. I am definitely looking forward to returning to this restaurant the next time I find myself in Tokyo, both for the wonderful experience and the unforgettable taste of the grade 12 beef that I had the pleasure of trying - a flavor that I am certain cannot be replicated outside of Japan.

Had a fantastic meal at Bifuteki KAWAMURA with Renz as our server. Food was delicious, service was excellent, Renz explained every step of the meal and made recommendations throughout, made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommended if you are looking to experience Kobe beef the right way!

What a truly classy and beautiful experience!—it’s not the show that Americans have 😂—because it was midweek-it was not very crowded-so we had the chef and server to ourselves-ironically the server was Filipino and spoke English-it was beautiful and “Oishī”! Excellent service!

No words, this was the best meal my partner and I have ever had. The staff spoke English well and explained each course to us. The chefs and servers were fantastic and lovely. Would go back in a heartbeat!
