A bit expensive "Gyudon" bowl if compared to ordinary gyudon available at chain restaurants like Yoshinoya, Matsuya or Sukiya, but it's totally different from those kinds. It should be called as something like "sukiyaki bowl", and worth tasting it for over 2k JPY. You should come here for early lunch right after the restaurant opens at 11am otherwise you have to wait in a queue outside before having your seat.

Absolutely loved this place! If you're looking to try some genuine Kobe beef on your trip to Japan, but are looking for a laid back experience, this is a great place to try. It's a one-man operation, and the restaurant seats only about 10 people at a time, so the wait can be long, but it's worth it. I arrived just at opening time, and waited about an hour and a half for entry, so I recommend arriving maybe 20 to 30 minutes before opening to get in quicker. The only items on the menu are the beef bowls, optional eggs to dip the beef in sukiyaki style, and house beer. The beef bowls come in a "normal" and "large" size options. The large portion was very generous, and ended up being a little more than I could eat.

Beef very nice. i like their soup too. very sweet and natural food. Beef bowl potion big and delicious. Tge chef only 1 person prepared all the food and serve all the customer. Even need to queue also worth it❤️
