    A store that doesn't advertise as a secret store. The owner chef's medicinal cuisine. The medicinal soup that is served first spreads to every corner of your body and makes you feel warm. Rejuvenate yourself from within!

    A creative Chinese restaurant with medicinal dishes located on the Showa-dori side of Ginza 1-chome.
    A restaurant I used to frequent for lunch.
    More than 15 years ago, I ate soupless tantan noodles for the first time in my life at this restaurant.
    This was my first experience of having a course meal at night.
    The medicinal soup that is drunk before the toast soaks into your body, is delicious, and gripped your stomach from the beginning.
    The many dishes that start from there are not only delicious, but the more you eat, the better it seems to be for your body.
    The mapo tofu that was one of the final dishes was spicy and delicious, and I was so happy that they served the soupless tantan noodles with rice.
    It's so nice to not feel guilty after eating. Thank you for the meal😋

    In the fall, I visit a wonderful medicinal Chinese restaurant that serves the best drunken crab (live crab marinated in Shaoxing wine) that I know of. The omakase course that is always included is also exquisite, with plenty of volume from the appetizer to the mapo tofu and dessert. If you enjoy it with a glass of Shaoxing wine, you'll probably end up drinking too much. Wife? Their high level of hospitality and detailed explanations of the dishes are also very good. The location may be a little difficult to find, but it's well worth wandering around looking for.

    This is a store that I have a hard time evaluating.
    Both the staff and the owner/chef are very nice.
    The food is carefully prepared and the cost performance is great.
    However, I have doubts about whether this restaurant can call itself Sichuan cuisine or medicinal cuisine.
    The seasoning, cooking method, and ingredients all fall outside the scope of Chinese cuisine. That's fine if it's a local Chinese restaurant, but this is a restaurant where reservations for two people cost more than 10,000 yen, so I don't think the signboard is so deceptive.
    Also, it may be the hobby of the owner/chef, but please ignore the interior, which is filled with golf equipment, pictures of cats, and stuffed animals.
    This is supposed to be a battlefield where professionals fight.
    It wasn't bad, but I don't think I'd want to come again.

    ``This is a restaurant that serves delicious Sichuan-style mapo tofu,'' the organizer of a drinking party at work told me, so I walked there from Takaracho subway station. Enter the lattice door and go underground to find it. It's called authentic medicinal Chinese cuisine, but I really liked the mapo tofu (which is how it's written at this restaurant, not tofu), which has a tingly sansho pepper to it. The first glass of medicinal soup that is served creates a unique atmosphere. It was a course meal, and it was delicious until the end. It was a nice store that was recommended by the manager. The staff at the store were kind and I liked it. I heard that it is difficult to make reservations because it is a small restaurant. Thank you to the secretary. Thank you, Mr. Hosokawa.
