I was invited to a pub called Koide, which I had wanted to visit for a while.
There are two raised tables and a counter inside, but it doesn't seem to be used.
First, white shrimp
Is the sashimi a lion shrimp? A luxurious sashimi platter with rare shrimp.
Shirako ponzu sauce is jiggly
A huge lump of liver. The visual impact is quite impressive. The taste is just too good.
Salt-grilled puffer fish, puffer fish milt tempura
Both are outstanding.
And the crab has a rich crab miso and the meat is plump.
It's not in season, so it's not produced in Ishikawa, but (I forget where it's produced) is also delicious.
You can't tell from the photo of a single black-throated blackthroat, but it's quite large, with plenty of fat and perfectly grilled.
Kinki's simmered sauce is so delicious that you can eat it with as many bowls of rice as you like.
Actually, please enjoy this sauce with rice. However, since I wanted to try the famous salt musubi, I had to change the menu on short notice.
This salt musubi is worth the change.
Dessert is a giant strawberry. It was a luxurious day that was all exquisite.
It was a feast.

The best izakaya!
I was right when I wrote that it was the best izakaya in Hokuriku!

I learned that there is such a cozy and delicious restaurant.

I definitely want to make a reservation the next time I go to Kanazawa.
I would like to visit you every day during my stay. Isn't this where you can eat the best food in Kanazawa? It was such a shock.

Each dish has a completely different quality of ingredients. It's really delicious.
Currently, due to the influence of the coronavirus, only courses with a specified amount are available.
On the other hand, I also enjoyed the excitement of seeing what would come out!

[Things that were delicious]
●Everything!
especially…,
●Chawanmushi served as an appetizer (dashi soup is delicious)
●Gold horse mackerel
●Raw mackerel
●Maitake mushroom tempura
●Fried horse mackerel
●Salt musubi (best taste)
●Ruby Roman

I could also use a card. You can also call a taxi.
It's about 10 minutes from Kanazawa station.

[Added as of July 2022]
Visited 7 times so far.
I also had monkfish liver in March, and it was surprisingly delicious.
The monk liver tower was full of flavor without any fishy smell.
How do I cook it so it turns out like this...(lol)
