Koiwainojo Tokyo Marunouchi Review Summary

Cafe bistro restaurant by Koiwai Farm with the freshest of ingredients and just wholesome French inspired cuisine.

Thoroughly enjoyed the dishes that are served promptly. While it's certainly not cheap, you will not be disappointed by the excellent quality.

Reservations an absolute must for weekends for either lunch or dinner. Restaurant is non-smoking and accepts all major electronic payments.

We came with high expectations but was disappointed greatly by the food and service.

We loved Koiwai’s dairy products sold throughout Japan, so we came to try the restaurant. The steaks took a long time (30 mins) to come out, yet when it came out, the waitress didn’t realize we don’t have plates or water on the table nor yet till we told her. The taco was super sweet as if there were three spoons of sugar in it, and there was no taste nor texture of beef inside. The salad we had only a few lettuce leaves and not much varieties like shown on the picture in the menu, it is 1200 yen on the menu which is really expensive for a few pieces of lettuce.

The drinks were okay. Even ice cream deserts was very mediocre.

I’ll continue to like their products in grocery stores but never coming back to the restaurant again.
