Chinese food and sake.
A young coworker of mine planned a New Year's party here! I was wondering what it was like, but seeing is believing. The sake and food are great!
Dishes flavored with sansho go perfectly with sake.
Fried eggplant is amazing. I often cook eggplant at home, but I've never had a texture like this before.
It's crispy and crispy. I can hear the sounds inside my mouth! Even though it's fried eggplant...

My favorite shop that I've been going to for a long time.
The way you use sansho is so good that it's crazy.
・Pressed tofu
A must-order item
・Pakchi salad
The dressing is excellent
・Crispy eggplant
Everyone loves it
Juicy on the outside, juicy on the inside
・Renkoutan (radish, pork, and Japanese pepper soup)
It had a nice hint of Japanese pepper, and it was my first time having it, but it was excellent! ! !
I also like vermicelli!
・Boiled pork with Japanese pepper sauce
Stable deliciousness
・Cheese omelet
Enough to become an omelet shop
It doesn't look like something you'd get at a Chinese restaurant, but
It's fluffy and I really like it!
・Mabo tofu
・Garlic fried rice
I love eating mapo tofu with garlic fried rice!
If you eat it at a strange restaurant, the mapo may be a little sweet, so you can't eat it at a bad restaurant.
Kokuele's has both ma and ra, and it's really delicious!

The interior of the restaurant has a snack-like atmosphere, and to be honest, it doesn't feel like it would be suitable for a date. I didn't think the staff's attitude was as bad as the reviews said, but the fact that you have to order in bulk is also a negative.
The food is pretty tasty, but the spicy dishes are really spicy! The manager seemed to be very knowledgeable about Chinese food, so I thought that if we got to know each other better, the restaurant would become even better.

Kokuere is located a 3-4 minute walk from Nishi-Koyama Station, where you can enjoy creative Chinese food that uses plenty of Japanese pepper and Japanese pepper!
I was introduced by a friend who lives in the neighborhood, and I heard that you can't get in unless you make a reservation, but when I called, I was told that the restaurant was scheduled to be closed on a certain day, but if it was only a omakase restaurant with a table for 4 people, they said OK. I did. thank you.
As soon as you take a seat, the aromatic dishes are brought to you one after another.
First up is a cold dish of jellyfish, cucumber, and raw Japanese pepper. It's not spicy, so it's perfect for taking a break from chopsticks.
Pepper and green onion. It may be difficult for people who don't like peppers, but the rich and plump peppers go well with the crunch of the large green onions.
The crispy fried eggplant is simply seasoned with green onions and chili peppers. I was asked to eat it while it was still hot, and when I ate it while it was piping hot, it was delicious! I'm sure this flavor can only be found here.
Next is the meat. Even the meat, which is seasoned with green onions, salt and lemon, is flavored with spices and is delicious.
To finish off the meal, we had noodles filled with coriander and chili peppers, our signature mapo tofu, and shrimp miso fried rice!
It was a big amount, but the four of us were so absorbed in the spices and ingredients that we could eat it all (lol).
I would definitely come again!
Thank you for the meal!
