I was impressed by the taste and the delicacy of the presentation.
I visited from Tokyo, and I'm glad I came!
This is exactly what we mean when we say, ``Japanese food is enjoyed with the eyes.'' Although the restaurant was full and seemed busy, we were treated with warm hospitality. thank you very much. ☺

The dinner party coincided with the publication of Fujingaho. It seems that it has always been difficult to make reservations, but it may become even more difficult in the future...😅This time, we had a really delicious and fun time with the feedback from our regular customers. My wife is from Okazaki and I am from Mikawa, so we felt very close to each other💕

Located on the outskirts of the Demachiyanagi shopping street, it may have a plain appearance, but you can enjoy high-quality kaiseki cuisine.
The clean, transparent bowl and beautiful 8-inch diameter were amazing, as is typical of the Sakurada lineage, but I was also impressed by the quality of the fish and the splendor of the plate. The general's talk is also fun.
On this day, we added crab, so the volume was quite large. There were actually fresh sweets at the end, but they were wrapped.
