Komugi Review Summary

This is not a fancy restaurant. It's operate by a couple and I give 5 stars for many reasons.
First of all, they offer draft beer including Guinness.
Secondly, the boss is super friendly and helpful. When he sees our question mark expression on our face after he explained the cooking process. He will them offer to help with cooking even there are multiple tables need to be helped.
Thirdly, the menu has wide variety of like yakisoba, tepponyaki (鉄板燒，Monjya(もんじゃ), and Kaisei style Okomiyaki (お好み焼) etc.
Last, they do taste good but not expensive!

The store owner's response is good.
We bake it ourselves, but the advice is accurate.

Make a reservation by phone and visit on a weekday night.
Since it was a weekday, there were no customers yet, but as time went on, more and more people started coming in.

I ordered a lot of things, but octopus, cucumber, and kimchi? My daughter loved it.
I went there this time because I wanted to eat monja.
I was given instructions on how to grill the meat, perhaps using a slightly weaker flame, but somehow the juice remained and the taste was delicious, but the finished product was unsatisfactory.
The second time I baked it my own way, but it turned out more delicious that way.

Overall the taste is good and delicious, but I wonder if there will be another one.

The ingredients are fresh and the menu is extensive. When we selfishly said we wanted to bake it ourselves, the shop owner carefully taught us how to do it. Personally, the Monjayaki with tuna mayonnaise and mentaiko was an unforgettable B-class deliciousness. There are many menu items that both adults and children can enjoy. There is a tatami room in the back, so if you are bringing children, you can make a reservation and have a relaxing time.

This is a stylish okonomiyaki restaurant.
The people at the store are also very nice.
The okonomiyaki was fluffy and the yakisoba was delicious.
I think the Tonpei had a little too much sauce and was a bit salty 😅
And the fresh grapefruit sour was so delicious❣️
I will go again.
