All the dishes served are delicious.
The sukiyaki-style dishes in particular will melt your tongue.
The owner is the only one, and there are about 6 seats.
I generally don't like atmospheres where you only sit at the counter and are close to other customers, but the regulars were kind and I was able to relax.
Customers also came from outside the prefecture.
I will use it again.

Suzuki-san is a small restaurant located in Yakitori Yokocho next to Kikuramachi Square, about 10 minutes by car from Kanazawa Station in the Katamachi direction. This is a restaurant that serves creative Japanese cuisine using charcoal grilling in a very small space.
You can enjoy Hokuriku seafood and charcoal-grilled dishes using a good dashi stock, and the result is perfect. The famous (maybe lol) grilled eel has crispy skin and is delicious. The course price is 7,700 yen (single items can be ordered from the 1st and 2nd round), which is a reasonable price! ?
