Highly recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The broth is amazing, and I love that they use lean pork meat!
I went here yesterday around 6:45 pm, and they’re already sold out!
Learnt my lesson and came early today!

A famous restaurant near JR Sakuranomiya Station that I had been checking out for a while.
At first glance, it's located in a residential area that you can't reach without using Google Maps.
It's fun to have your food cooked right in front of you at the counter, and it gets you excited.
The soup is rich but easy to eat, and the chashu pork is not too soft.
If you have room in your stomach, we recommend adding rice to the soup.
It's full of immorality, but it's the best feeling of happiness, so if you like it, please try it.

3rd visit
I went at 11:30 a.m. on a Friday and there were about 5 people waiting.
Ramen order.
When I first got here, I thought it was salty, but now it fits perfectly.
The soup is really thick and fits well in the mouth.
They say it's a soup made from pork skin and torigara, but when you eat it, it leaves a slightly sticky feeling on your lips.
I think it's pork skin collagen.
The noodles are katamen from a regular tonkotsu ramen restaurant.
It has a thick topping of green onions, which cuts down on the greasiness well when eaten with a rich soup.
Menma is also sweet and goes well with soup.
The chashu is not very soft and just feels like boiled pork.
I recommend it if you like thick and rich soup.
I had a delicious meal.
