The store is located in a convenient location, about a 1-minute walk from Akasaka Station. About 7 minutes walk from Akasakamitsuke Station.
The inside of the store feels clean. At the back of the store, there are ``completely private table seats'' and ``private rooms with a counter,'' which reflects the needs of the location. We are using the main counter.
〇 Boiled soft-shelled turtle
It has a distinctive chewy texture. It feels rich yet somehow natural.
〇Aomori flounder (sashimi)
Mild taste. If you eat it as is, you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients, but if you add ginger or ponzu, it will give you a firmer taste.
〇 Bowl of egg tofu and grilled red sea bream
Egg tofu shaped like the moon. The lightly grilled golden sea bream is undoubtedly delicious. It also goes well with the soup stock. It warms your stomach and makes you feel excited, ``Let's eat sushi.''
〇White squid (from Shimane Prefecture)
The squid has a small knife in it, and the sticky sweetness of the tip of the squid will remain in your memory.
〇 Golden sea bream (from Choshi)
Beautiful form, absolutely delicious. The companion is said to be the best item this time.

A royal taste. When you bite into it, the aroma and texture are unique to shellfish.
〇Grilled soft-shelled turtle with sauce
The soft-shelled turtle, which is often eaten in a hot pot, is grilled and served. It is richer in the gap between it and the red shellfish. You can enjoy the juicy yet moist texture, which is different from red clams. By the way, this dish was invented by Mr. Mekaru, who is from Okinawa. He was a simple and kind-hearted older brother.

〇Red bluefin tuna (from Kagoshima Prefecture)
A stunningly beautiful form. Moderate acidity. It has a refreshing taste and a lingering aftertaste.

The customer base is stable, and it can be used not only for dates and entertainment, but also for social gatherings with family and friends. If you are having a welcome/farewell party for 4 to 6 people, it would be a stylish idea to reserve a private counter and hold it in a gorgeous manner.
It's also no wonder that there were a few foreign tourists here and there, probably because the hotel concierge had requested some delicious sushi. The store staff are also used to speaking English. This is a very calm restaurant for adults. Recommended.
