I visited a store that I had been interested in for a long time ♪
Reservations can only be made by phone on the 1st of every month!
Fortunately, I was able to get a call and made a reservation.
This restaurant is located in the long-established Satake shopping district, and is said to be Chef Hasegawa's hometown.
Wine pairing included with the course
Cheers with champagne
Nagasaki Iki amberjack, grilled eggplant, and tomato extract mousse. The surface looks like a flower garden.
baguette and homemade whipped butter
Scallops from Hokkaido and young corn from Tottori
The sauce is fresh ginger pool plan
Riesling white wine from Alsace
Golden sea bream, spiny lobster, and clam soup
Burgundy Chardonnay
Grilled Iberico pork fillet, girolle mushrooms
grain mustard sauce
Burgundy Pinot Noir
Dessert is mango and passion fruit parfait.
It's a restaurant where you can feel the personality of the chef and his wife, so it's no wonder they can't make reservations ♫
I will try my best to make a reservation again!

A hidden French restaurant located in Satake Shopping District, the second oldest shopping street in Japan.
You can enjoy high-quality French cuisine at a reasonable price in a casual atmosphere. There are courses of 6,000 yen, 8,000 yen, and 10,000 yen.
However, reservations can only be made by phone at the beginning of the month, which is quite difficult.
However, this course after getting a reservation is truly bliss!

The store is not large, but with calming background music playing, the madam's lovely smile and attentiveness, and the chef's attention to detail on all the dishes, utensils, and cutlery. Especially the deliciousness of the homemade butter, I would like to sell it as a souvenir. Some of the ingredients and bread are purchased from France, and the vegetables and herbs are also rare, so you can enjoy both the look and the texture. Unfortunately, it's a popular restaurant, so even regulars have trouble getting reservations. It's worth the effort to make a reservation.
